The first good part about this app is the fact that it records very well. This is true regardless of whether you are standing right next to it and saying something scripted into it for the purposes of the voice changing or whether you’ve just caught something stupid a friend of yours said and would like to make them feel just a little bit worse about it by playing it back perfectly clear and in a hilariously different voice. Good recording is a must in order to make sure that the second major feature of this iPhone app is not ruined.
Change the recorded voice into many different voices
Specifically, you have 17 different changed voices that you can choose from when you are changing a recording that you’ve made. If you want something funny, why not go with a helium or chipmunk voice? If you want something a bit more serious, there are cyborg, megaphone and retro synthesizer voices available. If you want something else just randomly out of the ordinary, voices like the slow turtle and the melodious guitar are definitely potential ways that you can go with changing the way the recording you’ve made sounds.
Save and share your recordings when you’re done with them
Once you’ve actually run your recording through the different voices and picked the one that you’d like to keep, you can actually save it directly to your iPhone. What’s more is that you can use this app to share those recordings with all of your friends through Facebook, Twitter or even e-mail if you’d like to go that route.
As far as fun goes, this particular app has the potential to provide as much fun as just about anything else available for the iPhone today. For that reason, it was pretty obvious that we give this app a resounding final score of 10 out of 10.
